DO I NEED A PARTNER?
Our rentals are 4.2 meters in length, or just over 14 feet long, and normally require two, physically capable adults to properly operate.
So yes, you do need a paddle buddy.
HOWEVER, our kayaks are special and do offer for a single paddler, too!!!

Children under ten years old ride free and can easily fit comfortably in the third seat, positioned in the middle of the kayak, in a non-paddling position.

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?!?
Of course we are!
​
We are fully certified and licensed to operate as a watersport operator on the islands of Malta and are registered with Transport Malta.
​
That includes ALL of the territorial waters of Malta, Kemmuna, and Gozo!
​
We are also fully insured.
​
Even our drone is fully licensed with Transport Malta (and insured)!
​

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME ON MY TOUR?
Water:
Summer adventures: We always put our 2.5 liter bottle in the freezer the night before a tour, that way it stays nice and cold throughout the day. Then, we fill our personal 1L bottles, from it to refill as needed.

Winter adventures: It depends on the length of time, but we pretty much do the same as above, but no freezing required.
​
*50+ SPF Sunscreen, for all year paddling. You can, and will burn throughout the year if you are fair-skinned.
​
*Snacks: protein bars, nuts, trail mix, dried and/or fresh fruits, etc...Some even bring ftira and whatever else.
​
*Towel
​
*Change of clothes for after kayaking and plenty of layers for winter kayaking, if you do not have neoprene
​
*Sunglasses
​
*Waterproof, rechargeable headtorch for caving
​
*Proper footwear (old tennis shoes (slippers) are best). Please note: Flip flops are not proper footwear for kayaking, as you will lose grip on the rocks, and possibly injure yourself.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CANCELING A TOUR?
All you have to do is CONTACT US 24 HOURS or more before your tour and we can either reschedule, refund, or gift your tour to someone else.
We understand things can happen.

***Tours CAN NOT be refunded 24 hours or LESS from the tour date and time.***
​
***deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled by you, less than 24 hours before your scheduled event***
​
***Tours/events canceled by us WILL BE completely refunded, deposits too, within three business days of your scheduled tour***
WHERE WILL OUR TOUR BEGIN?
We take a lot of time analyzing and researching the very best locations to ensure a calm and pleasant journey for you. Each tour takes several hours of planning on our part, and the utmost care is taken to ensure a pleasant experience for you.

We will notify you 3-5 days before your trip, regarding where and when to meet up.
​
If you do not have a car, we recommend using Public Transport by clicking here, or, ecab or Bolt.

That's the benefit of kayaking on an island, if one bay is not good, the other side of the island most like is, and that is where we will go.
IS IT TRUE THAT I MIGHT BE ON YOUTUBE?
Yes it is true, you could possibly be on our YouTube, and that is why we have you sign a release saying that is ok for us to do so.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS TO PUT YOUR STUFF WHILE YOU KAYAK?
No, we do not have any lockers as we are a mobile outfit, so please, plan accordingly.
​
The kayaks do have waterproof hatches and places to put your things. We also supply you with a 15L dry bag to keep your things protected. (kayaks vary, if you need clarification, contact us)

Please note: we cannot be held liable for any damage to your belongings, so please plan accordingly.
Sometimes, things happen on a kayak, and we have a rule for that. If you don't mind the sea swallowing it, go ahead and bring it.
If you care, simply do not bring that item, as nothing is 100% waterproof on the sea, that includes dry bags and hatches.
How much is a guided tour?
Our rates vary depending on the duration, group size, etc...

Keep in mind, our kayaks are not available for renting without guides. We only do guided tours, no exceptions whatsoever.
​
A general rule, is 15 euro, per person, per hour, without discounts and other entitlements. ​
